Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Location Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Gillette, WY location. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid background in managing retail and warehouse environments, with a focus on animal nutrition and agriculture products.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the location to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage point of sale (POS) systems and ensure accurate transaction processing.
- Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and coordinate ordering to meet customer demand.
- Provide expert knowledge and guidance on animal nutrition and agricultural products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to promote a productive and positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Location Supervisor or similar role in retail or warehouse settings.
- Strong knowledge of point of sale systems and inventory management.
- Experience with ordering processes and supply chain coordination.
- Background in animal nutrition and agriculture is highly preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
