Advertised Job Summary:

Support daily maintenance operations across parking garages and lots, including power washing, trash and debris removal, and general upkeep of all areas. Assist with managing heavy traffic flow to ensure safe and efficient movement of vehicles. This role plays an essential part in maintaining clean, orderly, and welcoming parking facilities.

Will be require to drive University State vehicle.

Annual Leave and Sick Leave are not included with this temporary position.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, or equivalent education and experience.
• Knowledge using small machinery: power blowers, power washers. etc.
• Current Drivers License
