Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis
The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis leads financial planning, analysis, and modeling for key university-wide programs, including tuition and student fees, capital planning, and debt management in Budget and Financial Management. This position provides strategic financial insight to support data-driven decision-making, long-term resource planning, and institutional transparency.
The Manager partners with campus leadership, financial officers, auxiliary organizations, and the CSU Chancellor’s Office to develop financial models, guide planning and policy decisions, and ensure compliance with system wide requirements. The Manager also advances the university’s financial systems and analytical capabilities by leading high-impact initiatives, including the implementation of campus-wide budgeting tools, the development of data visualization solutions, and the continuous improvement of financial processes.
