Market Place Staff (Deli Station)

Gustavus Adolphus College invites applications for a deli station server to join our Dining Service team on campus.

The work schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm

Employment Type: Full-Time (1.0 FTE), Non-Exempt (Hourly), and Benefits-Eligible

Pay Range: $15.50-16.50 per hour

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare menu items including hot and cold Deli sandwiches and wraps
• Prep and stock deli sandwich ingredients
• Develop unique sandwich and wrap recipes
• Work with and mentor college student employees

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months experience in a high-volume dining service or restaurant or other related experience, preferred
