Job Description
This position is key member on the Marketplace Shared Services team, which supports all four campuses within the University of Missouri System. Marketplace Shared Services is responsible for managing the Marketplace platform, supporting departments, and helping to create and maintain eCommerce visibility.
This position is responsible for overseeing various software based administrative tasks that impact the department’s mission. These tasks include: all aspects related to processing student account adjustments, developing campus payment sites, and making adjustments as requested by clients, utilizing and understanding the connection between Marketplace Administration, TouchNet Payment Gateway and PeopleSoft General Ledger, logging various outages and exceptions, and contributing to presentation resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service (20%) – responsible for answering and responding to Marketplace tickets that are submitted through the ZenDesk platform. These tickets can range from troubleshooting items, manage user access, etc. This position will act as the primary point of contact for inbound Marketplace Shared Service phone calls.
- Functional Tasks (80%) - navigate ecommerce administrative platform and features (Marketplace), understand normal operations and identify/troubleshoot exceptions, manage user access; build and/or adjust uPay sites and uStores; use additional software to support operations like PeopleSoft Finance and Microsoft 365, and web design resources; manage routine and escalated customer service cases from multiple channels including email, ticketing and inbound calls.
Shift
Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm Hybrid
Minimum Qualifications
An Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $19.50-$21.50 per hour
