Summary
This project will build on work within the lab developing in silico mathematical models of neurodegenerative disorders associated with the tau protein. The model is validated against real-world data from our cohort of people with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, Corticobasal Syndrome, and Frontotemporal Dementia using neuroimaging and neuropathology data.
