There is currently an enthusiastic academic and clinical core team, developing, adopting and adapting the MBBS curriculum in line with City St George’s Medical School, University of London, who are our sponsor. Main duties and responsibilities The role of the Module Lead is to academically lead, plan, operationalise and contribute to the quality assurance of content relating to the Introductory modules in the clinical sciences years of the MBBS Programme. Skills and experience required The successful candidate will have experience in teaching and curriculum development at the undergraduate/postgraduate level (preferably clinical/medical education), project supervision of undergraduate/postgraduate students and experience of assessment, including discursive, academic writing. You will be able to demonstrate a commitment to innovation in teaching and learning, with a willingness to embrace new methods and technologies. You will have the ability to assist in curriculum design, implementation, assessment and promotion of the course. You will have strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Qualifications required A postgraduate qualification in a relevant basic science discipline or an MBBS with relevant clinical experience.
