Job Summary

Develop and maintain standard reports for various lanes of funding between MCG and Wellstar MCG Health via legal CAPSA/REPSA agreements. Reconcile budgets and expenditures on a monthly basis... Assist the Manager of MCG Financial Operations with handling day-to-day financial transactions... This position will also manage various database reconciliations...

Responsibilities

Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain standard reports for all lanes of funding between MCG and Wellstar MCG Health via the CAPSA/REPSA agreements...
• Monitor and balance PeopleSoft budget/expenses...
• Manages internal MCG financial processes including WIA payments, APRN and mileage reimbursements, and faculty recruitment reimbursement payments.
• Assist with maintaining annual and ongoing CAPSA and REPSA exhibit updates...
• Assist Manager of MCG Financial Operations with day-to-day financial duties...
• Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with two years of experience in financial analysis or other business-related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree... in a business-related field with two years of relevant work experience with financial reporting/data management. Experience in an academic or hospital/clinical environment... Practical experience with PeopleSoft HRMS and PeopleSoft Financials...

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

KNOWLEDGE
Proficient in Microsoft Office... Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge...

SKILLS
Excellent interpersonal... Robust analytical skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality... Independent problem-solving abilities...

Shift/Salary/Benefits

Shift: Days; Monday - Friday...
Salary: $52,500-$65,600 annually.
Pay Band: B10
Recruitment Period: Until Filled.
