Project description:
Nuevos formatos comerciales en entornos digitales emergentes
This line of research focuses on the analysis of new digital commercial formats that are transforming the way consumers interact with, discover and purchase products and services. These formats, which include social commerce, live streaming commerce, conversational commerce and virtual stores in the metaverse, combine technological, social and commercial elements that generate new consumer dynamics. The main objective is to understand how these environments influence consumer decision-making, the construction of digital trust, the shopping experience and brand marketing strategies.
This line incorporates an interdisciplinary approach that combines digital marketing, consumer psychology, technological innovation and interactive communication. In addition, it includes the study of user-generated and brand-generated content (UGC and FGC), the influence of content creators, and the role of gamification and augmented reality in the purchasing process. It will also address the impact of these formats on micro and small businesses, digital entrepreneurship and the inclusion of new consumer profiles.
The incorporation of the applicant will allow us to delve deeper into these emerging trends, generate new knowledge through mixed methodologies and provide evidence applicable to the academic, business and regulatory spheres, fostering a more dynamic, innovative and inclusive digital economy.
