Responsibilities
- Greets and assists visitors in person or over the telephone.
- Provides general office support.
- Will work graveyards.
- Runs audit reports.
- Prepares daily credit card and cash deposits.
- Answers multi-line phones and assists guests as needed.
- Performs the duties of a front desk clerk.
- Makes time management decisions that ensure all duties are completed in a time-effective manner.
- Reports to the Front Office Manager.

Minimum Qualifications
EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
Department may hire employee at one of the following job levels:
Night Auditor, I: Requires little to no related experience.
Night Auditor, II: Requires at least 1 year of related experience.
Night Auditor, III: Requires 3+ years of related experience.
Night Auditor, IV: Requires 5+ years of related experience.
