Nurse Clinical/Ambulatory/UKHC

The Nurse Clinical Ambulatory provides disease specific patient care to a group of patients who have serious acute and/or chronic health events or who are seeking healthcare to maintain their state of wellness. Responsibilities of the position include, but not limited to skilled assessments, care plans and care plan implementation, patient education and clinical evaluation or interventions.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities: Basic computer knowledge, MS Windows, Word, Outlook, Provides patient care specific to disease management/specialization of work area including: skilled assessments, care plans and care plan implementation, evaluations or clinical interventions, and patient education.
