The Position
- Well-balanced 50/50 OB/GYN split
- Call: 1:10 or better, taken from home - a genuinely lifestyle-friendly schedule
- New graduates receive mentorship and ample opportunity to build surgical skills within an active surgical practice with strong GYN exposure
- Rotate through two office locations, each staffed with 5-6 support personnel
Practice & Support
Physicians are supported by a large, well-established team: 16 OB/GYN physicians, 16 advanced practice providers, a Laborist, and midwife/NP support during OB call. Each physician also benefits from a dedicated personal medical assistant and a results team to manage tasks and messages.
Clinical Facilities
The practice admits to two affiliated tertiary care hospitals - one for obstetrics and one for gynecology - both featuring Level III nurseries and full on-site specialty services, including OB/GYN resident programs at one facility. Dedicated OR suites are available at the gynecology hospital.

- Starting compensation of $300,000 for new graduates
