Assists with the preparation of budgets for faculty-led
programs. Coordinates faculty-led programs to Ensures program fees
are paid, managed, and within budget. Monitor expenditures for
active programs.
Assists students with all aspects of program support, including
but not limited to, financial aid, scholarship opportunities and
the administration of financial transactions. Represents the Office
of Global Engagement at fairs and recruitment events.
Provides administrative support for faculty and staff to ensure
compliance with University business expenses and travel policies as
related to financials, more specifically the reconciliation of
travel expense reports and procurement card verifications.
Assists leadership with tracking of data, key performance
indicators, and other metrics, supporting tactical operations and
strategic planning. Assembles and maintains updated data for
reporting of international programs.
Manages communications on behalf of the Office of Global
Engagement and Accounts Payable, as directed.
Organizes and applies technology tools and electronic data
storage.

Compensation
The hourly range for this role is $19.50 - $22.00 . The final offer
will be based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and
experience, as well as applicable state regulations, internal
equity, and business needs, and may fall outside of the stated
range.

- Associate degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related
field preferred; equivalent work experience may be
considered.
- Three to five years of related professional experience.
- Knowledge of business and financial processes and
practices.
- General knowledge of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with financial guidelines and terminology.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated research and analytical skills.
