One Year Appointment-Clinical Assistant Professor/School of Nursing
Scope of Job
We seek applicants who are dedicated to serving The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley's student body as a One Year Appointment- Clinical Assistant Professor of the School of Nursing beginning in the 2026-2027 academic year. Duties may include teaching students in classrooms, simulated laboratories, and clinical settings as well as student advisement. Additional efforts in professional achievement and professional service are expected.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of a Master of Science in Nursing degree. Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas prior to beginning the position. At least 2 years of clinical experience.
