one-year Limited Term Appointment at the rank of Lecturer in the Accounting area

The Lazaridis School of Business & Economics (Lazaridis School) at Wilfrid Laurier University invites applications for a one-year Limited Term Appointment at the rank of Lecturer in the Accounting area, commencing September 1, 2026. This position is a full-time teaching position with a home campus in Waterloo, Ontario. The position is subject to budgetary approval.

Anticipated Salary Range: $89,919 to $125,000. Actual salary to be commensurate with experience.

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for teaching core and elective Accounting courses in the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Graduate Diploma in Accounting (GDip), and Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs. Additionally, the successful candidate will contribute through service work for the Accounting area and/or the Lazaridis School. We have teaching needs in various sub-disciplines of Accounting (financial accounting, management accounting, management controls, auditing and taxation) with a strongest need in management accounting.
