The Integrated Innovation Institute at Carnegie Mellon University breaks down the silos that impede innovation. We believe that by uniting the disciplines of engineering, design, and business, we can build impactful solutions that create value for real people.
The iii Online Program is building a team of fellows to support the learning and teaching experience. This role is crucial in supporting students and faculty throughout the semester and building lasting community during and beyond their time in the program.
Core Responsibilities:
- Co-facilitating learning activities during live class sessions
- Assessing student submissions and providing feedback
- Guiding teams during semester-long projects
- Participating in online community-building events.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Innovation or related field
- Proven record of providing detailed, constructive written and verbal feedback in an academic setting.
- Knowledge of concepts covered in the MIIPS curriculum (Business, Design, and Engineering innovation approaches).
- A combination of education and relevant experience from which comparable knowledge is demonstrated may be considered.

- Applicants must reside in PA, NY, CA, VA, or Washington, DC.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.
- Able to commit 10-20 hours per week towards this position
