Open Rank Entrepreneurship Faculty & Department Chair

The David S. Congdon School of Entrepreneurship (CSE) at High Point University is seeking a new colleague to lead the Entrepreneurship program as Chair and Faculty member. The successful candidate will join High Point University’s CSE leadership team, have substantial industry/entrepreneurial experience (at least 10 years) through entrepreneurial venture development, teaching, practice, or business ownership experience. They will also bring the leadership skills necessary to manage departmental operations and support academic excellence.

A master’s degree in Entrepreneurship, Business, or other relevant major is required, and a PhD in Entrepreneurship or Business is preferred.

At HPU, teaching and student engagement are paramount. The Chair is expected to teach at a reduced load with an emphasis on application, industry engagement, and experiential learning.
