The Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Maryland School of Medicine is recruiting highly motivated research faculty specializing in basic, translational and clinical research. Candidates should have a strong record of scholarly activity. Candidates whose research complements existing department programs are preferred. Expected rank is Assistant Professor or higher; however, rank and tenure status is dependent on candidate's qualifications.

Qualifications

Qualified applicants must have a doctoral degree, professional experience consistent with the faculty rank of Assistant Professor or higher and a track record of independent research funding from diverse sources.
