Open Rank Professor of Practice/Instruction, First Year Transition Course

Position Summary

The successful candidate will be able to teach courses to support first year students majoring in AI, cyber, technology, data science, math, or engineering, focusing particularly on skills students will need to be successful in these majors.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will possess a degree in technology, cyber, math, data science, engineering, education, or a related field. An M.A. is required. Ph.D. preferred.
• Demonstrated teaching effectiveness.
• This position requires the ability to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure.
