Partner with Administrative Assistant IIIs and the Adult Clinical Program Manager to ensure purchasing, reimbursements, credentialing, and related support services are completed accurately and on time.

Plan, implement, and execute business, operational, and clinical projects for APP and Departmental leadership, developing processes to track and report progress and outcomes.

Serve as project lead for APP Team initiatives, establishing project plans, coordinating stakeholders, and monitoring activities through completion.

Develop, implement, and maintain administrative policies, procedures, handbooks, and guidelines for the Adult APP Teams in collaboration with People Operations, Legal, and Risk Management.

Support the annual 360-degree evaluation process, driving continuous improvement in staff performance assessments.

Lead communication strategies and stakeholder coordination that promote collaboration and support the implementation of departmental strategies and goals across the Adult Clinical Teams.

Work Location:

Onsite to hybrid - This role is expected to work onsite initially for at least three months to train in the role and build and establish relationships and is located in Aurora, Colorado. After three months, and upon supervisor's determination, the role will be considered for a flexible hybrid work schedule. Following the CU Anschutz Chancellor's requirement for employees to be on campus a minimum of three days/week, the supervisor is responsible for determining the required number of on-campus days/week (three or greater) based on the position's level of focus work, collaboration needs, etc. The Department places a high value on building working relationships and collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in business, business administration, finance, social sciences, healthcare administration, public administration, communications, information systems, or a directly related field from an accredited institution
  
  
• Two (2) years of professional level experience supporting the operations of a program or team
