"Organisational Development Manager"

We are seeking a specialist to drive organisational development, change management and facilitate initiatives in the Singapore Nuclear Research and Safety Institute (SNRSI). This position will lead efforts to enhance workforce capability, culture, and performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies for organisational development, talent management, and succession management.
• Oversee the implementation of employee engagement programs and monitoring of employee engagement metrics.
• Partner with leadership to identify organisational needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, Behavioural Psychology, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR leadership, organisational development, or workforce management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management abilities.
• Familiarity with public sector HR frameworks and organisational development practices.
