About the Project
This PhD project focuses on organizational change, agility, and resilience. Potential topics include transformation leadership, change readiness, crisis response, organizational learning, agile management, restructuring, post-merger integration, cultural change, and resilience in uncertain environments.
The project is particularly relevant for transformation leaders, HR executives, consultants, project leaders, general managers, and senior professionals involved in organizational redesign or strategic change. Candidates may examine how organizations adapt to disruption while maintaining performance, engagement, and strategic coherence.
Research may be based on case studies, interviews, surveys, longitudinal analysis, or mixed methods. Projects with clear implications for leadership practice and organizational performance are especially welcome.
