Outpatient Therapist Senior
Provides comprehensive, evidence informed psychotherapy in individual, group, or family formats for a wide range of mental health needs, from high acuity concerns to general life transitions and wellness.
Utilizes and promotes innovative, evidence informed therapeutic approaches to enhance clinical effectiveness and support high quality care.
Assesses and treats substance use concerns within a holistic mental health framework to support comprehensive and integrated client care.
Provides clinical supervision, mentorship, and case consultation to graduate interns and limited license clinicians to support professional development and foster a culture of clinical excellence.
Conducts comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develops individualized, data informed treatment plans that address the whole person and support holistic care.
Collaborates effectively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and coordinated support across clinical services.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in related field from an accredited institution.
- Two years' relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience treating both general mental health conditions and Substance Use Disorders.
- Current, full licensure in the State of Michigan (LMSW, LPC, or PhD/PsyD).
