Position
Overview
The School of Engineering at The College of New Jersey, a leading
public Primarily Undergraduate Institution (PUI), invites
applications for a dynamic, part-time outreach coordinator to help
us build our capacity for external partnerships as part of an NSF
funded grant (EPIIC).
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison to the Career Center and the Associate
Director of Strategic Partnerships to catalog and centralize
existing partnerships
Work with EPIIC faculty fellows to scale initiatives across the
Schools of Science and Engineering
Interface with local companies to uncover challenges they need
solved and determine how we can help them solve them; e.g. senior
project sponsorships, class projects, research, etc.
Benchmark our outreach efforts with other institutions
Collaborate with School and College staff to promote our work
on social media channels
Collaborate with faculty to secure corporate sponsored research
projects
Qualifications
- Required: Associates degree
- Preferred: Bachelors degree
