Job Summary:

As a part of the Procure-to-Pay team, this position is predominantly responsible for educating end users on procurement functions and processing transactions while maintaining compliance with relevant policy and laws. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Customer Success. This position collaborates across the P2P organization and with campus stakeholders located throughout the University

Required Qualifications:

Two years post-secondary coursework

1 year professional budget, finance, procurement supply chain, or technology administration experience and 1 year experience providing customer service

Self-starter with desire for operational success and collaboration.

Proficiency with Microsoft suite.

Equivalent combination of education and experience, that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Experience with payment processing, sourcing, and/or procurement

Experience with software related to sourcing, procurement, and/or contracting

Demonstrated public speaking/presentation skills

Additional Information:

The ideal candidate has professional experience working in a public sector or an institution of higher education, experience with sourcing, is an agile, self-starter comfortable with attention to detail; an energetic, creative problem solver who can work independently along with the judgment to seek supervision and/or input from others, when necessary, communicate effectively and provide training and assistance one-on-one or in any size group setting.

This position is not eligible for an alternative worksite arrangement and is categorized as on-site. Once a candidate is hired into this role, hybrid work arrangements (defined by NU as a minimum of three days per week on site and up to two days per week remote) may be availalbe for candidates who successfully meet minimum performance criteria during the initial probationary employment period.
