Job Summary
Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a pool of open rank, part-time and limited term faculty positions in the Department of the School of Accountancy for the academic year 2025-2026. These positions are on an as needed, semester-by-semester basis. ... These positions are for work to be performed in the state of Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Teaching undergraduate courses in business law review
- Teach in a traditional classroom setting and/or online
Teaching assignments will be based on earned degrees and SACSCOC Faculty Credentials Guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate or higher, or its foreign equivalent, at the time of hire
- Applicant must be a member in good standing with a State Bar Association
- Demonstrated ability to teach Business Law at the undergraduate and/or graduate level
- At least five (5) year's Practical Business Law experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Qualified to also teach tax (CPA/LLM)
