Part-time and Limited Term Faculty Positions in the Department of Psychological Science
Job Summary
Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a pool of open rank, part-time and limited term faculty positions in the Department of Psychological Science for the academic year 2025-2026. These positions are on an as needed, semester-by-semester basis. Rank is determined at the time of hiring and will be commensurate with credentials. These positions are for work to be performed in the state of Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Teaching undergraduate courses in the psychology discipline
Teaching assignments will be based on earned degrees and SACSCOC Faculty Credentials Guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Master's degree, or the foreign equivalent, in psychology or a closely related discipline is required by start date.
- OR A minimum of a Master's degree, or the foreign equivalent, in a non-related discipline with 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline is required by start date.
Preferred Qualifications
- Record of successful teaching of undergraduate courses in psychology, with names of courses taught clearly specified in CV and/or cover letter
- Experience teaching online or hybrid courses
- Details of availability for in-person teaching specified in cover letter
