Position Description: Perimeter College is seeking part-time instructors in COMPUTER SCIENCE who will play a key role in educating and supporting students.

Required Experience: None Specified.

Required Education: To qualify to teach COMPUTER SCIENCE, applicants MUST have: A minimum of a master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours (or 27 quarter hours) in the teaching discipline.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience: Teaching experience is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to teach COMPUTER SCIENCE courses on the collegiate level; Ability to teach effectively using a variety of methods; Ability to relate to a diverse student population and facilitate student learning; Effective oral and written communication skills; Demonstrated knowledge of instructional technology.

Work Hours: Classes at Perimeter College are offered morning, afternoon and evening including weekends.

Salary: $3825.00 for each 3-semester credit hour course taught.
