Job Description
PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The PT Coordinator II, Office of Governance, Accountability and Compliance (OGAC) facilitates day-to-day and some long-term operations within a large and/or System-wide area of specialty, playing a strong role in leading and planning, development, evaluation, and improvement. Assigned area and responsibilities will be extensive. May be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations as well as compliance with policies, procedures, and a variety of local, state, and federal regulations. Coordinates logistics, services, and support surrounding the budget planning process and for tracking and coordinating budget expenditures. Makes and communicates process decisions based on best practices.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Performs research relevant to the area of specialty, develops, monitors, and maintains a variety of spreadsheets, databases, reports, and presents findings to internal constituents (may include LSCS Managers/Executives and vendors)
