Job Summary
The School of Communication & The Arts invites applications for various Part-Time Faculty positions for the 2026-2027 Academic Year. Opportunities to teach multiple/additional courses may become available. Successful candidates will teach, develop course materials, assist students as needed, and assess student work.
Video Editing
This course provides an introduction to the principles and techniques of video editing. Students will learn the fundamentals of editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, with supplementary instruction in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
Screenwriting for Film & Television
This workshop course focuses on the tools professional screenwriters use to create compelling film and television stories.
Advanced Screenwriting
This workshop course will guide students through the drafting and rewriting process as they complete and polish a full-length film or television screenplay.
Minimum Qualifications
- Masters or Bachelors degree in an appropriate field, and/or Industry/professional experience.
- Proficiency in the following: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop
- General familiarity with Avid and DaVinci Resolve
