Part-Time Fieldwork Supervisor

Department of Social Work is inviting applications for part-time Fieldwork Supervisor.

Key responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be tasked with the following duties:

(i) Supervising social work students during their fieldwork placements;

(ii) Evaluating and grading students' assignments, as well as preparing supervision records and related documentation;

(iii) Participating in meetings and trainings.

Qualifications:

Candidates must satisfy the following criteria:

(i) Hold a recognized degree in social work and/or possession of a postgraduate degree in social work or a related discipline;

(ii) Possess at least five years of full-time-equivalent post-degree professional practice experience (at a rank equivalent to ASWO);

(iii) Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills;

(iv) Possess strong written and spoken English and Chinese skills.

Please note that we will conduct a short Zoom interview before the start of each annual placement. These interviews are normally held between March and April and between June and July.
