Part - Time Instructor - Department of Early Childhood Education - FY 2026
Core Responsibilities
- Teach courses in the Early Childhood Education curriculum drawing from real classroom teaching experience.
- Capable of teaching subjects in ECE Foundation of Education, ECE Guidance, ECE Curriculum, Human Growth and Development, The Exceptional Child
- Develop syllabi and course materials; evaluate student mastery of skills and competencies required by course outcomes; provide an excellent learning experience as well as student advisement.
- Multi-campus teaching may be required as well as online, web-remote, or hybrid.
Applications will be considered on an as-needed basis determined by course availability.
This position will be paid $925.00 per lecture credit hour. Credits will vary by semester.
*This position is contingent upon ongoing and available funding.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Early Childhood Education
- OR Education, Special Education, Education Psychology, Curriculum and Instruction, ESL
- OR with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, and 10 years of recent classroom teaching experience.
