Connect participants to training pathways, including short-term reskilling, industry credentials, and accelerated degree/certificate programs.Coordinate referrals to WIOA Title I, Title III, DHS, and other community partners to ensure access to tuition assistance, supportive services, and employment resources.Maintain a consistent presence across DWED workforce sites to ensure warm handoffs, continuity of care, and human-centered design in service delivery.Track learner progress, employment outcomes, and service utilization using DWED-approved systems.Support outreach and engagement efforts for Resilient NV-funded programs, including employer-facing activities.Collaborate with CSN advising, counseling, and career/transfer services to ensure integrated student support.Participate in team meetings, professional development, and cross-training with DWED and partner agencies.Required Qualifications- Experience in workforce development, case management, career coaching, or related human services fields.
- Knowledge of WIOA programs, supportive services, and community resource navigation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to equity-centered, trauma-informed, and human-centered service delivery.
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Familiarity with CSN systems, DWED programs, and Southern Nevada's workforce ecosystem preferred.
Schedule - Part-time, approximately 19.5 hours per week.
