- To act as the Partnership Admissions Quality Officer in supporting the Collaborative Provision Unit, and specifically franchise admissions.
- Check all applications submitted for enrolment onto a franchised programme and ensuring compliance with all university requirements, and in particular ensuring correct ID details are provide and all relevant qualifications as well as fee status.
- Check all written work (entry essays) completed and monitor for any concerns on potential submissions made fraudulently
- Support the CPU compliance visit schedule (i.e. undertaking ID checks)
- Ensure correct application of the admissions policy (including fair admissions context and application where appropriate of contextual admissions
- Reviewing recorded interviews and attending a sample of interviews undertaken at partners
- Reviewing certificates for English tests taken and confirming their appropriateness and validity
Identify any potential anomalies and escalate admissions risks internally
