- Based in College of Business and Law at the Adelaide City Campus East
- Part-time (0.60FTE), fixed term contract until December 2027.
- (HE0 7) $101,785 to $ 113,839 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Work that matters
This role coordinates the delivery of the Pathways to Politics for Women program, strengthening partnerships, events and curriculum relating to a political training opportunity. It directly contributes to building a more diverse and representative political landscape across the political spectrum. Note: Pathways to Politics embraces an inclusive definition of ‘women’, acknowledging the diversity of women we work with and aim to support, including cisgender and transgender women, and non-binary people.
As part of a national, multi‑university initiative, this role helps shape a pipeline of future female leaders who will influence policy, governance and democratic participation across Australia.

The team
Reporting to the Program Director in the School of Law, this role sits within a team dedicated to advancing civic leadership and public policy engagement. Its work enhances the University’s impact while supporting broader community efforts to increase women’s representation in government.
The team works closely with national partners, government stakeholders and community leaders, creating a collaborative environment that amplifies the University’s contribution to civic leadership.

Experience
To join our community and thrive in this role, you will likely have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in high-level program coordination and stakeholder management
- Proven ability in planning and project management, including budgeting, compliance, and reporting
- Experience in digital communications, media releases, and social media management
- Proven knowledge of data management systems, CRM, and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in interpreting policies and procedures within a university context
- Experience in supporting learning and teaching requirements in the higher education sector
