Role Mission
The People & Talent Partner with focus TA is mainly responsible for end-to-end recruiting and drive hiring excellence across the organization. In addition to full-cycle delivery, this role will play a vital part of TA enablement initiatives (interview training, role kits, scorecards) and process improvements that support the organization’s long-term talent strategy. On top, this role is designed to support our leaders and teams across all P&C topics.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment & Active Sourcing: you take full ownership of the lifecycle for assigned roles, from briefing to offer, ensuring high quality and cultural fit before candidates reach advanced stages.
- Create and manage a concise Hiring Playbook for consistent procedures across units.
- Ensure a seamless, engaging, and respectful white-glove experience for every candidate, regardless of the hiring outcome.
- Strategic P&C Partner: Act as a trusted partner on broad People & Culture topics, with a specific focus on Organizational Development and Learning & Development foundations.
- Partner with leaders to design robust team structures. You define and maintain clear job profiles that reflect actual business needs, ensuring consistency across the university
- Designing Career Pathways: Establishing the foundation for clear roles and structures, you support the design of transparent growth paths and role transitions, giving employees a clear perspective on their future at IT:U.
Your strengths and skills:
- Completed university degree paired with a minimum of 5 years experience in the position of a HR Generalist and/or Senior Talent Acquisition role.
- Proven experience with structured interviewing, scorecards/rubrics, and closing negotiations.
- Strong knowledge of job architecture and role design, including creation of clear, competency‑based job profiles.
- Effective stakeholder management combined with concise communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken German & English on minimum level C1
- Self-organised and hands-on personality with the ability to shift between delivery and enablement

Competitive compensation starting from € 56.000 yearly gross salary
