Is the Job related to staff position within a Research Infrastructure? No
Offer Description
I would like to invite applications for a PhD/Postdoc position at Osnabrück University in our research project Dynamic Incentives, Information, and Strategic Decisions under Uncertainty (DISCU).
DISCU examines how incentives, information, and strategic decision-making shape dynamic economic transformation processes under uncertainty. Within DISCU, the position focuses on developing and analysing formal dynamic models of economic transformation processes, especially intertemporal decision problems and the role of information under uncertainty.
The position is available at 66.67% for the PhD track or 100% for the Postdoc track (TV-L E13), initially for three years, with a starting date as soon as possible.
We are particularly interested in candidates with a formal-analytical background in fields such as Economics, Business Administration, Mathematical Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Systems Science, Physics, or related disciplines.
