The division supports numerous initiatives including integrated services in primary care and school-based services to improve access to behavioral health care. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to collaborate and partner effectively with psychiatry and psychology faculty and clinicians across multiple disciplines. The position requires the ability to forge strategic partnerships with community-based agencies, policy leaders at a local and state level, and faculty and administrators at CHOP and the University of Pennsylvania.

The Physician Chief reports to the Chair of the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and works closely with the other Division Chiefs, the Vice Chair for Administration, and Associate Chairs.
