The Role
As Physician Team Lead you will play a pivotal role in advancing health and wellness across campus. This unique position combines hands-on clinical care with strategic leadership, allowing you to directly impact patient outcomes while shaping the future of campus health services.

You’ll dedicate part of your week to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to students, staff, faculty, and their families. The rest of your time will be spent guiding programs, mentoring physicians, and collaborating with leadership to enhance a comprehensive, forward-thinking healthcare system.

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a physician who is both clinically excellent and ready to lead.

  • An M.D. degree and current licensure in Ontario and membership in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
  • Certification or training in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
  • Experience working in medical practice management

Salary & Benefits
Annual base salary will be aligned with the successful candidate’s experience, skills, and demonstrated qualifications. Comprehensive benefits package and pension plan available.
