- 4 weeks annual leave +5 days university holidays

- Salary - $95,784 - $110,000 p.a, based on skills and experience
- Fixed-Term position until July 2027
- 37.5 hours per week

Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
As a Platform Analyst, you will support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and improvement of digital platforms that underpin University services. You’ll troubleshoot issues, manage system configurations, support platform changes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This role is key to ensuring platforms remain reliable, secure, and aligned with evolving business needs.
Mōu | Who You Are
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with practical application and have demonstrate experience in:
- At least 5 years’ experience in IT, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting and administering enterprise applications or digital platforms in an operational environment.
- Demonstrated experience with incident, request, and change management processes.
- Experience supporting cloud-based platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, including platform administration, monitoring, and service optimisation
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based tools, including identity and access management, user provisioning, and security controls
- Experience working with vendors or managed service providers is desirable.
- Bachelor’s Degree (NZQA Level 7) in Computer Science or equivalent or a Tertiary qualification (relevant to the industry)
- Communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

You will collaborate with Digital Services teams, product owners, technical specialists, and external vendors. You’ll also support end users across the organisation, working closely with service desk teams and stakeholders to deliver effective and user-focused solutions.
