Pay: $24-29 Hourly plus spiffs
Chancey & Reynolds is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team in Knoxville, Tennessee. Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and service residential plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
- Repair and replace water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and related plumbing equipment
- Perform drain cleaning and basic sewer line diagnostics
- Educate customers on repair and replacement options
- Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
- Follow company safety standards and plumbing codes
- Work collaboratively with dispatch and management teams
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 3+ years of plumbing service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to explain repair options clearly and professionally
Preferred
- Residential service plumbing experience
- Water heater installation and repair experience
- Tankless water heater experience
- Drain cleaning and sewer diagnostic experience
- Sales and customer education experience
