Post-Doctoral Associate
About the Job
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to state-of-the-art experimental studies of superconducting quantum devices, and benefit from advanced measurement and fabrication facilities. They will participate in all stages of these experiments, from initial concepts to device fabrication, measurements, data discussion and analysis. They will interact extensively with the PI, graduate and undergraduate students and other postdocs in the group.

35% research
30% presenting and writing about research
Other duties of a similar scope as assigned.
Qualifications
Required qualifications
Ph.D. in Physics, Applied Physics (subfield: experimental condensed matter physics, quantum information) or closely related field, such as Electrical Engineering.
Preferred qualifications
Applicants whose PhD work included substantial experimental work with a focus on superconductor, semiconductor or hybrid semiconductor-superconductor quantum electronic devices, and microwave approaches applied to quantum circuits.

Pay Range: $68,000 - $75,000 per year; depending on education/qualifications/experience
