Post Doctoral Scholar
The Department of Mathematics within the College of Arts and Sciences, seeks a Post Doctoral Scholar to perform independent research in Model Theory and its Applications. Duties will include presenting results at conferences/workshops, writing manuscripts to publish results in peer-reviewed journals, assisting with extramural funding proposals, mentoring students and supporting group activities through collaborative service work.
Qualifications:
Doctoral Degree in mathematics with specialization in model theory or related area required. Research interest in geometric stability and differential algebra desired.
