Job Title: Postdoctoral Position

Applications are invited from motivated and qualified candidates for a Postdoctoral position in Experimental Physics, particularly in Energy and Sensing Applications of Nanomaterials

Essential Qualifications:

• A PhD in Physics, Materials Science, Nanotechnology, Physical Chemistry, Energy Sciences, or allied areas. Candidates who have submitted their dissertations are also eligible to apply. In addition to the subject qualifications, good communication and writing skills, and a working knowledge of basic characterization tools and appropriate software for data analysis are strongly desired. Additional knowledge of computational techniques is most welcome. The candidate should be able to independently drive the project and demonstrate leadership skills.

Salary: Rs. 72,000/- to Rs. 84,000/- per month (consolidated).

Tenure: One-year appointment (extendable upon satisfactory performance).
