The scope of research involves murine bone marrow and peripheral blood stem cell transplantation and tumor models. Studies may also include use of human cells and humanized NSG mouse models. Ongoing research includes novel approaches in activating anti-tumor responses, strategies to alter immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment, immunomodulation in murine BMT models, and donor graft manipulation and pharmacological interventions.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Immunological and molecular biological assays in vitro and in vivo.
- Write manuscripts and knowledge of relevant literature.
- Supervise undergraduate and graduate students.
- Write and assist with grants.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Must have strong foundation in cellular and/or tumor immunology.
Minimum Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates with a background in immunology and experience with mouse models are preferred. Experience with murine models.
- Proficiency in immunologic techniques, flow cytometry, proliferation and cytokine assays, cytotoxicity assays, T cell subset isolation, immunohistochemistry, molecular biological techniques, and mammalian cell culture.

Notice of Availability of the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report
In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University's campuses.
