St Paul’s School is a selective Independent Day School for boys aged 13-18, occupying a superb 45-acre site on the south bank of the Thames, west of Hammersmith Bridge. St Paul’s School excels academically at both A level and GCSE, with some of the highest national scores, but it is the work beyond the curriculum that excites both students and teachers alike.

Commencing September 2026

We are seeking a motivated, independent, and highly skilled Postdoctoral Researcher to support the development of the St Paul’s School Research Centre for the Education of Boys. The successful candidate will contribute to the Centre’s research programme through independent scholarship, collaborative projects, and the dissemination of research findings to both academic and practitioner audiences. This role offers an opportunity to help shape an emerging research centre focused on improving educational outcomes for boys through rigorous, evidence-based research. This fellowship is a one-year fixed term contract, with the potential for renewal for a second year.

Salary: Competitive plus benefits

Hours: 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday (37.5 hours per week)
