About the Research Group
Our group is based in the Department of Chemical Engineering at the Guangdong Technion–Israel Institute of Technology (GTIIT). Our research lies at the intersection of Process Systems Engineering (PSE) and Artificial Intelligence, with a focus on process systems optimization and intelligent decision-making, integrated product–process design, sustainable energy and circular systems, and large language models and AI for science. learning, and molecular simulation. Leveraging the joint platform between GTIIT and the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, we provide an international research environment and broad opportunities for academic and career development.
Qualifications
- Applicants should have obtained, or expect to obtain before starting the position, a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong research achievements in process systems engineering, large language models, process optimization, machine learning, or molecular simulation.
- Ability to conduct independent research, excellent bilingual academic communication skills, and strong teamwork skills.
- Appointment: The initial contract is for one year and may be renewed upon mutual agreement.
Compensation and Benefits
- Internationally competitive salary (RMB 300,000+ per year, depending on qualifications and experience).

课题组介绍
课题组依托广东以色列理工学院化学工程系，主要开展过程系统工程（PSE）与人工智能交叉研究，聚焦过程系统优化与智能决策、产品与过程协同设计、可持续能源与资源循环系统，以及大语言模型与科学智能等方向。课题组注重数学建模、优化、机器学习与分子模拟等方法的交叉融合，依托广东以色列理工学院-以色列理工学院联合平台，提供国际化科研环境与广阔职业发展空间。
应聘要求
- 已经或入职前将取得化学工程或相关领域博士学位
- 在过程系统工程、大语言模型、过程优化、机器学习或分子模拟领域有突出研究成果
- 具备独立科研能力，出色的双语学术表达与沟通能力，以及良好的团队协作精神
- 聘期：初始合同为一年，经双方同意可续聘
