They will contribute to the integration of hardware and software components from a research perspective, ensuring high-quality data collection, rigorous analysis, and evidence-based assessment of energy savings, user behaviour, and system performance. Working closely with the Lead Technology Manager and the rest of the technical team, the Postdoctoral Researcher will support cross-disciplinary coordination and translate research findings into actionable insights, publications, and recommendations that inform both policy and future commercial or deployment opportunities. The role also involves engaging with project stakeholders and contributing to reports, academic outputs, and dissemination activities. This role is ideal for a researcher with strong technical expertise in energy efficiency or smart energy systems, combined with the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and apply research insights to practical, user-centred energy solutions. Salary: Postdoctoral Researcher (2025): € 46,305 p.a. (Point 1) Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
