- Conducting and analysing semi-structured interviews with relevant stakeholders;
- Reviewing and analysing academic literature and documentary sources;
- Contributing to the organisation, coding and thematic analysis of qualitative datasets using NVivo;
- Developing preliminary analytical findings and contributing to the interpretation of research results;
- Contributing to the preparation of academic publications and conference presentations;
- Participating in research-network activities and collaborative scientific work.

Skills/Qualifications
Successful applicants will hold a PhD in Sociology and/or Political Sciences, with strong expertise in qualitative research and interview methods. An interest in, or previous research experience with, inequality, discrimination, and public policy will be considered an advantage. Candidates should demonstrate solid experience in conducting and analysing qualitative interviews and working with qualitative data.
