STEP 3: Work with your potential Ohio State faculty mentor to gather the materials for the full nomination package (see required materials here). The faculty mentor must submit a complete nomination by Wednesday, December 16, 2026, 5:00 PM ET.

STEP 4: Once the application portal closes, we will begin the review process. The first round of funding determinations should go out in March 2027.

Candidates must have received terminal degree (e.g., EdD, MFA, PhD) no more than two years prior to nomination deadline (12/16/26). If the candidate is still in their doctoral/terminal degree training program, they must have received their degree before their proposed start date. Selected postdocs must be able to start their PPSP position between July 1, 2027 and January 3, 2028.
